ROSS BROWNER (DE, Bengals and Packers 1978-87) is president of Browner Productions, Inc., which produces celebrity golf tournaments and football camps throughout Georgia. Browner also works as an independent contractor of supplemental and life insurance and annuities. He lives in Atlanta, Ga., with his wife Shayla and their adolescent son. Browner's oldest son, Max (Starks) was an All-SEC offensive lineman for the Florida Gators and was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the third round of the 2004 NFL draft. One of the greatest defensive linemen in college football history, Browner is the only player ever to win the Maxwell Award, Outland Trophy and Lombardi Award. He played on two Notre Dame national championship teams (1973, 1977) and finished fifth in voting for the 1977 Heisman Trophy. In 1999, Browner was inducted into both the Notre Dame Hall of Fame and the College Football Hall of Fame. Browner's favorite NFL memory is Super Bowl XVI, when he set an NFL record for most tackles in a game by a defensive lineman.
ISAAC CURTIS (WR, Bengals, 1973-84), the Bengals' all-time leading receptions yardage leader (7,101 yards), has worked for the past 20 years as national sales director for hotel-management company Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. Once named to four straight Pro Bowls (197376), Curtis is also co-founder and president of the Biggs-Curtis-Breeden Foundation, which he created with former teammates to provide scholarships for area youths. Curtis lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and teenage son. Curtis also has two adult children and two grandchildren. In his spare time, Curtis likes to golf, snow ski and hunt deer, pheasant and quail.
ERIC BALL (RB, Bengals and Raiders 198995), the 1986 Rose Bowl MVP, is in his fifth year as director of player relations for the Bengals. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife Michelle and their five children, who range in age from two to 14. The current player that most reminds Ball of himself is (New Orleans Saints running back) Deuce McAllister. "We're about the same height:' Ball said. "I idolized Eric Dickerson, but there aren't backs his size today. The size and style of backs changed from when I played because of the success of guys like Barry Sanders, Thurman Thomas and Emmitt Smith."
